The White House Clinic is now Little London Clinic. Here is the story of 4 George Street.
The clinic Zara Rouse opened in 2016 is still here, behind the same door and in the same hands. This is why it became Little London Clinic, and what that means if you have been looking for us.
If you have typed The White House Clinic Leamington Spa into a search bar and landed here, you are in the right place. The clinic I opened at 4 George Street in 2016 is the same clinic, in the same Regency rooms, with the same practitioner. In 2025 it became Little London Clinic. Nothing about the care changed. The name did, and I would rather tell you why myself than leave you wondering whether the business you knew has gone.
This is a short history of the clinic: where it came from, why the name changed, what we treat today, and the practical things you might want to know before you visit. It is written for anyone in Warwickshire and beyond who knew us as The White House Clinic, and for anyone meeting us for the first time under the new name.
Why The White House Clinic became Little London Clinic
Royal Leamington Spa has carried the affectionate nickname Little London for a long time. The Regency terraces, the Parade, the sense of a small town that dresses like a capital. I spent the first stretch of my career in Harley Street and Mayfair, in some of the country's most established hair loss clinics, before bringing that work to Leamington. When the time came to widen what the clinic offered, the nickname tied the two halves of that story together in a way the old name never quite did.
The White House Clinic was, from the outside, a permanent makeup studio. By 2025 that was only part of the picture. The clinic had grown into restoration for people living with hair loss, specialist laser PMU removal and plans for further hair loss treatments, and the old name kept telling people we were only ever a permanent makeup studio. Little London Clinic is the name for the whole of it.

How the clinic began
Before Leamington, I worked in hair loss clinics where the answer to a client's question was often no. Not enough donor hair for a transplant. A pattern of alopecia that a graft could not help. A brow lost to chemotherapy that no one in the room had a plan for. I watched people who had gathered the courage to ask for help be turned away, politely, with nothing.
The White House Clinic opened in 2016 as an answer to that. A private, calm, friendly room where the same clinical understanding of hair patterns, follicles and skin could be applied to restoration: brows and lash lines drawn stroke by stroke for people who had lost theirs to illness, over-plucking or age, and later, treatments for the hair itself. From the beginning the aim was to enhance what was there rather than mask it, and to give people back something that felt like their own.
Over the following decade the clinic gathered a body of work and a reputation that reached well beyond the town. The full list of awards is further down, but the one I am proudest of is not on a shelf: a gallery of real client results, photographed in the same light, never retouched, shared with consent.
What Little London Clinic treats today
Two specialisms today, both under one roof and both carried out by me, with a third on its way.
Restoration of brows and lash lines
Hand-drawn hairstroke, nano and combination brows, and lash line restoration, for people who have lost theirs to alopecia, chemotherapy, medical hair loss or years of over-plucking. Brows are designed from the face in front of me, not from fashion. We do not follow fads, and the work is meant to look right in ten years, not just in the mirror on the day. The thinking behind that restraint is in the case for restraint.
Laser removal and the Laser Brow Reset
Specialist laser removal for old or unwanted permanent makeup, and the new Laser Brow Reset, which takes you from lifting old pigment all the way to a new set of brows. Removal is often the first step in a restoration rather than the last resort: if the skin is already carrying too much old pigment, nothing beautiful can be added on top. When PMU laser removal is the right call, and when it is not covers this in detail.
Hair loss, coming soon
Hair loss is where my career began, and it is the next chapter for the clinic. We are preparing to extend into further hair loss solutions, bringing that work together with the brow restoration we offer today. There is no date yet, but you can register your interest and I have written about what I do, and do not, recommend for thinning hair in the meantime.

The way we work has not changed
Every appointment still begins with a consultation before your treatment: your medical history, a proper look at the brow or skin, an honest read of what is realistic, and a plan built around you. In most cases your treatment can go ahead the same day. If you would rather talk it through first, a separate consultation is £75, and it is there for anyone who feels nervous, would like to meet Zara before deciding, or has had work by another artist and needs a treatment plan.
Three principles run through all of it: time, honesty and proper science. They were true of The White House Clinic and they are true now. If you want the longer version, they are set out on the clinic page, and the letter I write to every new client is on the founder page.
Awards and recognition
I include these because people ask, and because they were earned under both names. In 2026 the clinic took first place in the PMU Aesthetics category at the England Business Awards. Before that: first place at the Micropigmentation Conference and Awards, Microblading Artist of the Year at the UK PMU Industry Excellence Awards, a win at the British Hair and Beauty Awards, gold, silver and bronze medals as a WULOP semi-finalist, finalist places at the MPUK Awards and for the PMU Circle Most Inspirational Person, and recognition as an Honoured Artist by the World Association of Microblading and PMU.
I am also a PMU Certified Master Trainer and have spoken at PMU Bootcamp and PMU Netherlands, which brings me to the next part.
Giving back
The thing I am proudest of is not on any list of awards. We hold Free Brow Days at the clinic for people living with alopecia and for clients going through chemotherapy, because no one should have to face that alone, and because watching someone recognise their own face in the mirror again is the best part of what I do.
The clinic has always grown through recommendation rather than advertising, and a great many of the people who come to us do so because they have heard about that work from someone who sat in the chair before them. Giving back is not a side project here. It is a large part of why the clinic exists.
Training with Zara
The White House Clinic ran a training academy alongside the clinical work. Under the new name that is being rebuilt as a small, slow, clinical programme for practitioners: brow and lash line restoration and considered pigment work, taught at the treatment bed rather than from a slide, one practitioner at a time. It is not a two-day certificate. Dates and the full curriculum go to the waitlist first, and you can register your interest on the training page.

Visiting the clinic
We are at 4 George Street, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 1ET, about ten minutes on foot from Leamington Spa station and a short walk from the Parade. The clinic is open by appointment only, Tuesday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00. Clients come from across Warwickshire, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry among them, and from further afield for restoration and removal work.
One practical note. The treatment room is reached by a flight of stairs. If you have limited mobility, please mention it when you book so we can talk through what is possible before you travel. The number is 01926 919319, or you can book a consultation online.
What comes next
The clinic is growing again. The Laser Brow Reset has just launched for anyone who would like old brow work lifted and redone more naturally, further hair loss treatments are in preparation, and a small training programme is being rebuilt for practitioners. Through all of it, the care stays exactly as it has always been: unhurried, honest and carried out by me.
What to do if you knew us as The White House Clinic
Nothing, really. Your records, your perfecting sessions and any aftercare arrangements carry across exactly as they were. The old web address brings you here. The phone number is the same. If you are due a colour refresh, a removal session or simply want to talk something through, book as you always did.
And if you are new: welcome. The clinic has a new name and a wider remit, but the reason it exists is the same as it was in 2016. Somebody who had been told no deserved a considered yes.
Frequently asked
Is The White House Clinic in Leamington Spa still open?
Yes. It is the same clinic, the same founder and the same rooms at 4 George Street. In 2025 it was renamed Little London Clinic as the range of treatments widened beyond permanent makeup.
Why is it called Little London Clinic?
Royal Leamington Spa has long carried the affectionate nickname Little London, for its Regency terraces and its sense of being a small town with big-city polish. Zara trained and practised in Harley Street and Mayfair before coming here, so the name ties the two halves of the story together.
Is Zara Rouse still the practitioner?
Yes. Zara founded the clinic in 2016, owns and directs it, and carries out every consultation and treatment herself.
Do my existing records, bookings and aftercare still stand?
Yes. Nothing about your care changes with the name. Your history, your perfecting sessions and any aftercare arrangements carry across exactly as they were.
What does Little London Clinic treat?
Restoration of brows and lash lines, and specialist PMU laser removal, including the new Laser Brow Reset. Further hair loss treatments are coming to the clinic, building on Zara’s years in hair loss. For general guidance on hair loss and its causes, the NHS hair loss overview is a sound starting point.
Where is the clinic and how do I get there?
4 George Street, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 1ET, about ten minutes on foot from Leamington Spa station. We see clients by appointment only, Tuesday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00. The treatment room is reached by stairs, so please mention any mobility needs when you book.
