• Consultation data: medical history, treatment history, photographs (with consent), skin and hair assessments, and treatment plans.

• Marketing data: if you've opted in to The Letter, your name and email for newsletter delivery.
• Website analytics: anonymised page views, browser type, and country, via essential cookies only.

Clinical records are retained for 8 years after your last treatment, as required by our insurer. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is retained for 12 months unless you become a client.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and never passed to other clinics. We may share clinical data with your GP at your request, or where clinically appropriate, with your explicit consent. We may share data with our insurer or regulator if required for compliance investigations.
