1. Treatment terms

All treatments at Little London Clinic are subject to a satisfactory consultation, medical history review, and where applicable, a complimentary patch test. We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if we judge it not to be in your clinical best interest.

2. Consultations

Every appointment includes a consultation before your treatment. We advise a separate consultation, at £75, if you have had previous permanent makeup by another artist, so we can work out the best treatment plan for you and explain any limitations, including whether laser removal is needed before starting again. This consultation fee is fully redeemable against the cost of any treatment programme booked within 30 days of consultation.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.

4. Cancellation policy

• More than 48 hours before your appointment: free to reschedule or cancel.
• 24 to 48 hours: deposit retained, no further charge.
• Less than 24 hours or no show: the full treatment fee is due.

This policy exists because clinic time cannot be recovered. We hold limited daily availability, and a last-minute cancellation prevents us from offering that slot to another client.

5. Pricing

All prices on this site are starting prices ("from"). Final treatment cost depends on your individual clinical needs as assessed at consultation. We will always provide a written, itemised quote before treatment is booked.

6. Laser removal and the Laser Brow Reset

Every laser treatment begins with a patch test. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person, depending on the pigment, how deep it sits, how it was applied and how your skin responds, so any estimate given at consultation is a guide rather than a guarantee. Pigment can change colour during removal, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

New pigment can only be added once the skin has fully healed, usually 12 to 16 weeks after your final laser session. Any redesign is subject to an assessment of your skin and any remaining pigment, and a particular brow technique cannot be guaranteed.

Laser Brow Reset packages are paid in full upfront. If your brows are ready for redesign before you have used all your included laser sessions, we will discuss a credit or refund for the unused sessions, each valued at £70 within the package. If further laser sessions are recommended, they are charged at £85 per session. Package terms, including unused treatments, are explained before you book.

7. Aftercare & complimentary follow-ups

Every treatment includes written aftercare instructions and access to the clinic for any post-procedure questions. Semi-permanent makeup includes a complimentary 6-week perfecting session. Laser removal is reviewed at every session.

8. Results & expectations

We commit to setting honest, evidence-led expectations at consultation. We do not guarantee specific results, because medical aesthetics is influenced by individual biology, lifestyle, compliance with aftercare, and underlying medical conditions. We commit to delivering the treatment to a clinical standard, not a marketing one.

9. Complaints

Concerns about your treatment should be raised first with the clinic directly, at hello@littlelondonclinic.co.uk. We will always listen, and do everything we can to put things right.

10. Photography & consent

We may take before-and-after photographs as part of standard clinical record-keeping. These are kept confidentially. We will only ever use these images publicly (e.g. on our website or social media) with your separate, explicit, written consent.
