Every appointment begins with a consultation, with a full medical history taken gently and the space to tell us what you have been through in your own words. If you are in cancer treatment, immunocompromised or carrying years of hair loss, this is where we begin to earn your trust. Your treatment can usually follow the same day, and if you would rather meet first, a separate consultation is £75.
You leave knowing what is genuinely possible for you.
Then we take a proper look rather than a glance, with a patch test and skin assessment for laser and a face map drawn by hand for restoration, so that whatever we go on to suggest is built on what we have actually found rather than on assumption.

You leave with a plan that sets out honest timelines and clear pricing, to take home and sit with for as long as you need before coming back with questions. If a treatment is not right for you, or if we are simply not the right people to help, we will tell you so and point you towards someone who is.

I opened Little London Clinic, formerly The White House Clinic, after twenty-five years in hair and brow loss, because I wanted a place that took the time to listen properly, to diagnose properly, and only then to decide what to do, if anything at all. For someone navigating alopecia, cancer treatment, hormonal change or the quiet weight of long-term hair loss, that time is not a nicety to be squeezed in around the treatment; it is the whole point of coming.
So every appointment begins with a consultation, and you will always have an honest understanding of what is possible for you before anything begins, with as much time as you need if you would rather think it over.

Every appointment begins with a consultation before your treatment, so we can talk through your history, look properly at the brow, lash line or skin, and agree exactly what we are doing. In most cases your treatment can then go ahead the same day.
We do advise one if you have had previous work by another artist, so we can work out the best treatment plan for you and any limitations, which sometimes means lifting old pigment with laser first. Otherwise it is not essential: every appointment begins with a consultation, and a separate one, at £75, is there if you feel nervous or would like to meet Zara before deciding.
The kindest route is usually to lift some or all of the old pigment with laser first, rather than adding more on top. Working over saturated pigment risks the health of your skin, so we remove what is there, let the skin settle, and then you can restart your journey with Little London Clinic and a softer, more natural brow. Our Laser Brow Reset brings the whole journey together, from lifting the old pigment to designing your new brows.
Sometimes. Older work needs to have faded by around half to seventy per cent before we can draw over it. If it has not, PMU laser removal can lift it gently, keeping your skin healthy and giving you a clean canvas for the natural look you are after.
Most clients need a colour boost for their brows or lash line from around eighteen months. Every case is treated individually, depending on how your skin has held the pigment, so email us a photograph and Zara will let you know what she recommends.
Yes. Our medical laser is adjusted to your skin tone and type, every treatment begins with a patch test, and removal is spaced six to eight weeks apart so your skin has time to recover between sessions.
Yes, but not just yet. Zara is a qualified trainer, with a BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training and more than twelve years in permanent makeup, and a small, unhurried programme is in development. Join the training waitlist and you will hear before anyone else when it opens.
Not yet. We are preparing to extend into further hair loss solutions, building on Zara’s years in hair loss, but we do not have a date. In the meantime, brow and lash line restoration is available for anyone affected by hair loss.
Yes, and you are very welcome. For brows, we ideally work at least a week before chemotherapy begins or six weeks after it ends, and photographs of your brows from before help us match them. Timing, safety and comfort matter enormously, so we only proceed when the timing is right for you.
