The clinic

Little London Clinic is the new name for The White House Clinic: the same practitioner, the same rooms on George Street, and twenty-five years in hair and brow loss behind every appointment.

Brow and lash line restoration is the heart of what we do, drawn back stroke by stroke for people who have lost theirs to alopecia, chemotherapy, over-plucking or simply time. Alongside it sits specialist PMU laser removal, for pigment work that stopped looking like you a long time ago. Hair loss is where Zara’s career began, and we plan to extend into further hair loss solutions at the clinic in time.

Every appointment begins with a consultation before your treatment, and in most cases your treatment can go ahead the same day. If you would rather talk it through first, a separate consultation is £75, for anyone who feels nervous, would like to meet Zara before deciding, or has had work by another artist and needs a treatment plan. If we are not the right clinic for you, we will tell you so gently and point you towards somewhere that is.

We are appointment only, Tuesday to Friday, on a quiet Regency street in the middle of Royal Leamington Spa.

Time.

Time to talk before anything is treated.

Every appointment begins with a consultation: time to say what you have been through, to be looked at properly, and to hear what is realistic before anything begins.

A brow that never grew back, a lash line that has thinned, old pigment that no longer looks like you: these are private things, and they rarely have a simple answer. Treatment can usually go ahead the same day, and if you would rather go away and think, or meet Zara first, a separate consultation is always available.

Honesty.

If a treatment is not right for you, we say so.

If we cannot help, we will say so and point you towards someone who can, and if we can, we will tell you plainly what it involves. Many people take a week or two to decide, and we would always rather you did than felt hurried into anything.

That includes being honest about what a result will look like, how long it will last, and what it will cost before you commit to anything. Every before and after we show is a real client, photographed in the same light, never retouched.

Proper science.

Clinical assessment first. Results that hold up.

Specialist-led, evidence-based plans and honest before-and-after photography. Considered work, quietly delivered over twenty-five years.

Medical history, a proper look at the scalp, skin or brow, and a plan built around the cause rather than the symptom. Where the evidence is thin, we say that too. The aim is work that still looks right in five years, not just in the mirror on the day.
